Come take an indepth look at all of the components of our sustainability program on our farm. From our organic permaculture gardens and food production, to waste management, water treatment, energy strategies and more. Our hope is that we can share what we do and what we learn with others so that you can take the knowledge we have and find ways to implement them into your daily lives as well as business practices.

Come and get your hands dirty in a beautiful place with good people. Spend a few hours in our beautiful gardens with other volunteers to work on whatever the day's chores are. From planting and preparation projects in the spring, to harvesting and weeding in the summer and fall, there is always something to do on the farm. Bring a hat and water to beat the summer heat! (May offered at 9:30am & 1:30pm / June-Sep offered at 8:30am).

Tuesdays 6pm; Saturdays 10am. Powerful yet gentle blend of aligned movement, mindful meditation, and deep relaxation. At times, focus and integrating specific Chakras. Strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and soothe your soul. Practices will be tailored to those in attendance.

Mondays 6pm. Margaret places an emphasis on breath work and a focus on correct body alignment in order to create a flow that will be physically challenging for students, yet spiritually connected enough to leave anyone feeling inspired and empowered. This is a stronger practice & not ideal for a first time practice.

Fridays 10am. An energizing all-levels practice focused on building strength and flexibility. This class is both creative and dynamic, a moving meditation through postures linking movement to breath.

Sundays 10am, Wednesdays 6pm (June/Aug only). Talie's teaches a somatic practice that is focused on sensations in the body. Her classes are designed to be a moving meditation, feeling engaged and centered throughout the entire practice. Talie is currently completing her training in yoga therapy.

Thursdays 10am with Ashley M. Explore mindfulness practices inspired by wild nature to connect more deeply with yourself. Depending on the day, practices may be influenced by yoga nidra, mindful self-compassion, or other somatic modalities.

Wednesdays 10am. This is a combination of vinyasa and yin. First we'll flow through a variety of vinyasa style sequences, focusing on intuitive movement, mindful breathing, and anatomical cueing. After building some heat, we'll slow it down for the second half, holding poses for minutes at a time to stretch into the deeper connective tissues of the body.

Tuesdays 10am. In this class you will synchronize breath with movement, while focusing on proper alignment. You will move deliberately with body awareness, flowing through intentional sequencing. This all levels class will build strength while lengthening and can be tailored to your needs.
